  • Inactive accounts: Data is deleted after 12 months of inactivity
  • QuickBooks tokens: Refreshed automatically, expired tokens are deleted
  • Email commands: Stored for 90 days for troubleshooting, then deleted

  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect QuickBooks integration at any time
  • Correct any inaccurate information
